Q I want to find all products by a specific RMS, Germany.
A First, go to the Product Locator page by clicking on "Find products". Then, select to view products by RMS country and click on "Next". The page will reload and a new menu will appear with countrys and the number of products each country is RMS for. Select Germany from the list and choose either to view the entire result as one page or to list alphabetically.
Q I want to find all products where Sweden is RMS. Additionally, I want only to view the products that has SPC's attached.
A Go to the Product Locator page. Select to view products by "combination of criteria". When the page has reloaded, select Sweden from the RMS menu and check the box next to "SPC URL should be attached". Leave the other fields as they are and click next.
Q How often is the MRI updated?
A The database is updated on a regular basis. The aim is to update the MRI weekly. The data is loaded trough a collaboration with Joint Research Centre (JRC) in Italy
Q What exactly do I search in when I use the search function on the MRI web?
A The search function looks in the following fields: The product name, the MA holder, the substance name and also in CMS domestic names.
Q I am a representative of a member state and I need the username and the password to be able to login. We seem to have lost our password.
A Usernames and passwords are distributed by the Heads of Agencies. You may contact the webmaster at the Heads of Agencies web at:

with the words "MRI password" in the subject line. 
Q Is there a way to get a list of all the MA holders in the MRI?
A Currently, the database does not store MA holder information as a separate entity. This will be introduced in the next verision of the index.
Q Where can I report missing or broken links that applies to a SPC, PIL, NPAR or MPAR URL for a product?
A You should address this question directly to the RMS country for this product, as the RMS are responsible for keeping links up to date.
Q I want to print the product detail when viewing a specific product (by clicking on the printer icon) but this function does not seem to work with my web browser. 
A This problem is usually connected with older web browsers. Our recommendation is to download the latest browser software from either Microsoft or Netscape
